Shipping policy

National shipping are guaranteed within 24 / 48h, with exceptions the islands of Sicily and Sardinia and the smaller ones that could be delayed by a few days.

International shipping can vary from 2 to 5 days, if the delivery area is difficult to reach, the courier can take up to 3 weeks. The timing for customs clearance procedures does not depend on us but on the competent port authorities.

Customs costs are charged to the buyer, if the goods are refused, these costs will be deducted from the value of the purchased good.

Missed or incorrect delivery
The Owner is not responsible in any way for any delivery errors resulting from inaccuracies or omissions committed by the buyer in completing the purchase order, nor for any damage or delay on the part of the courier. The courier will therefore be responsible for incorrect or missed deliveries.
